HOW TO USE YOUR CARD
Purchasing your tickets in person at the box office:
- Call or visit the box office of the venue where your event/class is being held
- Mention you have a valid United ArtsCard for the 2023-24 season
- Confirm with the box office representative that the event/class is eligible for the United ArtsCard discount
- Take the card with you and present it to the representative at the time of purchase. You may be asked to show a photo ID.
- Enjoy!
Purchasing your tickets over the phone:
- Call the box office of the venue where your event/class is being held
- Mention you have a valid United ArtsCard for the 2023-24 season
- Confirm with the box office representative that the event/class is eligible for the United ArtsCard discount
- The representative will provide the discount at the time of booking/purchase
- Show your United ArtsCard to the box office representative when picking up your tickets
- Enjoy!

What is the United ArtsCard?
The United ArtsCard (or ArtsCard) is a donor benefit for those giving an annual donation of $100 or more. It gives donors a discount on ticket prices for one event at each participating organization. Some organizations offer a 15% discount while others offer a buy-one-ticket-get-one-FREE deal. See a sample of the United ArtsCard below for the full listing of discounts.
Is the ArtsCard a membership card for United Arts, and does it get me FREE admission to events/classes?
The ArtsCard is not a membership card for United Arts. The ArtsCard provides a buy-one-get-one discount at some organizations, but not FREE admission.
When does the card expire?
The expiration date is printed on the front of the card and varies depending on date of gift.
How many times may I use the United ArtsCard?
The United ArtsCard can be used once at each participating organization.
Can the United ArtsCard be used to purchase tickets online?
Some organizations have this capability. Please check with the organization prior to making your purchase.
